A Seedy Mix

of bits and vitamins and fibre...

Some weeks ago now, Palesa introduced me to a spoonful of The Food Doctor's Original Seed Mix. I ingested said spoonful...and have since been craving it.

Today I find The Food Doctor's Original Seed Mix for sale in Holland&Barrats. I purchase one small jar. And have spent the rest of the afternoon

- eating more than the recommended 30 grams a day
- picking seed bits out of my teeth when my co-worker leaves the office for toilet break
- crunching into things that seem crunchier than seeds then thinking of small seed-like beetles who may live in Original Seed Mix jars
- contemplating the soaring salt levels in my body
- drinking more water than is wise in a building with only scuzzy college toilets

Life is a learning journey. And I go forth equipped with Original Seed Mix.

think of the fibre, my dear. You'll be regular for life!

Wait till you discover mini Japanese rice crackers...I ate two packets last night and the noise you make eating them is truly tremendous! Perfect for annoying folk :)

Hmmmm...not sure what The Food Doctor's Original Seedmix does (apart from contribution to forementioned bowel regularity). But it's addictive. Bit like heroin. Without the hit. Should I post you a sachet to try for yourself?

Oh oh oh!

My mother's co-worker is into all that sort of things. She bought a packet - although not of the Food Doctor's brand - of seeds and then noticed that they moved more than seeds should.

It was full of tiny little beetles!
